Myhorizon is proud to deliver the Australian Government Department of Social Services’ MyTime, a FREE peer support group for mothers, fathers, grandparents and anyone caring for a child aged 0-16 year with disability or a chronic medical condition.
It’s a place for you to unwind and talk about your experiences. It’s a world away from appointments and therapy. It’s support for you.
If you are a parent/carer, you are invited to come along and take some time to look after yourself by participating in a variety of activities, and sharing ideas and information with our guest speakers.
You can do as little, or as much as you want – we can even organise a Pamper Session. A Play Helper will also be present to entertain your children.
