What is MyStay?
MyStay is a Short Term Accommodation (STA) service where people with a disability have a short stay away from their home. Take this time to try new things and enjoy fun activities whilst learning new skills.
What can you expect?
- Develop independent living skills to support your transition towards living independently
- Improve complex self-care routines and daily living skills to facilitate a smoother, more confident independent living experience
- Strengthen essential skills in menu planning, budgeting and cooking
- Build confidence to create and cook meals
- Gain independence in self-care and personal hygiene routines
Where will you stay?
- Our Alexandra Hills accommodation is purpose built and fully accessible.
- Our Ormiston accommodation is suitable for ambient participants only.
With easy access to many local restaurants and attractions, each location is ideal to make the most of your time during this short break.
