During our recent Mount Glorious Short-Term Respite (STR), participants enjoyed a range of meaningful activities designed to support independence, wellbeing, social connection and community participation.
Across the getaway, participants built daily living skills through shared routines, meal preparation and teamwork while also exploring nature, engaging with animals and enjoying new experiences in a supportive environment.
The trip provided opportunities to build confidence, strengthen friendships and develop life skills in a fun and relaxed setting.
